**IMMACULATE ROTISSERIE RESTORATION! FULLY LOADED.**This vehicle underwent a complete rotisserie restoration performed by a highly skilled shop with decades of experience. Completed in 2011, it has been driven just 5,000 miles since and remains in exceptional, better-than-new condition.
The car was stripped down to its bare shell, mounted on a rotisserie, and meticulously restored to perfection. New Old Stock (NOS) fenders, headlight buckets, and quarter panels were installed, ensuring a rust-free and damage-free body. The panels are laser-straight with precise alignment. It features a Sprint hood with integrated turn signals and a stunning Candy Apple Red finish that's polished to a glass-like shine. The chrome and trim are all new, with many NOS components, including dual remote mirrors. The glass has been completely replaced. Enhancements include upgraded sequential turn signals and an NOS power antenna. The convertible top system was fully restored, featuring a freshly painted frame, new weatherstripping, power top pump, and lines. The tan top is in excellent condition. It rides on 15-inch Torque Thrust wheels, completing the look.
Sitting inside this car is a true delight. Every detail, down to the smallest components, has been replaced or restored to perfection, with everything fitting seamlessly. The seats were rebuilt with new tracks, cushions, and upholstery, and upgraded with headrests for added safety. The door panels, armrests, and handles are new, as are the carpet and two sets of mats. It has a deluxe console with an additional aftermarket armrest console. The NOS tilt-away steering wheel is a rare find, and the dash, gauges, knobs, and switches look factory fresh. A retro-style stereo is installed, along with a chrome tissue dispenser for a touch of vintage charm. The wiring harnesses, heater blower, and red seatbelts are all new.
The engine bay is fully restored and detailed to a like-new appearance. The 289 engine has been rebuilt entirely, with every component either replaced or refurbished, including the carburetor and ignition system, which now features an electronic upgrade. The cooling system, power steering, and brakes have all been overhauled, with the radiator and heater core replaced. Attention to detail extends to the washer bottle, battery hold-down, fan shroud, and under-hood light.
The trunk is restored to showroom condition, with the interior, jambs, and underside of the lid finished in glossy paint. The weatherstripping, mat, and well liner are all new. It includes a complete jack and spare assembly, a trunk light, and carpeted mats. Additional extras are also included in boxes.
The underside of the car is as clean as the rest. The front and rear suspension systems have been completely rebuilt, and Koni gas shocks were added for improved handling. The fuel system, brake system, and e-brake cables were all replaced. It features front disc brakes with stainless steel sleeves. A factory-style dual exhaust system with GT tips exiting through the valance adds to the authenticity. The engine, transmission, and driveshaft are all rebuilt and spotless, with the C-4 automatic transmission looking as clean as the day it was finished. The rockers, floors, and frame rails are solid and coated in smooth black paint.
