Jim started in the automotive business at the age of 19 in Chicago, IL Working with his Uncle and Randy Brooks as a mentor, he fell in love with the automobile industry. He moved to South Florida in 1986 to start his dream dealership. With the help of his team and loyal client's he has build Presidential into one of the top 50 independent dealership's in the United States.

Randy was born in Eldorado, Illinois on May 22, 1949. He was raised in Highland, Indiana and attended Highland High School. Randy is preceded in death by his loving mother Wanda Cole (Brooks), his sister Trish, brother James his wife Sharon all of Port Charlotte, FL, His son Brandon and his step-daughter April of Cedar Lake, ID and his brother in his heart Jim Guistolisi of Boca Raton, FL. Nephews Toby Brooks, Brain Markovich, Michael O’Day and Marc Guistolisi. Nieces Kimberly Bocock, Jamie Evans and Ashley Marco. Great nieces and nephews and many friends. Randy known as “Fast Randy” had a love for life, his country, motorcycles, golfing and Chevrolet. He served in the Vietnam War as a member of the 82 airborne paratrooper. With great sadness Presidential Family is mourning the loss of our beloved Vice President Randy Brooks. In 1987 Jim Guistolisi started Presidential Leasing in a one office no showroom location in Boca Raton. Jim asked his best friend to join him in Boca Raton. Randy dropped everything he was doing and moved to Florida. Two families were merged into one. He will be remembered as the epitome of a gentlemen, a constant professional and the best story teller. Our Family’s will never be the same.
Marc Guistolisi - General Manager

Marc has more than 15 years experience at Presidential Auto and a finance degree from Florida Atlantic University. He is an expert in all phases of the automotive industry and has worn many hats at Presidential in preparation for taking over as dealer principal someday in the future. Marc is a Boca Raton native and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to best assist his clients.
Peggy Tepper - Controller

Peggy has been in the automotive industry for 37 years and has been a member of the Presidential Family for over 20 years. She hails from Brooklyn New York and is a crucial component to what makes our dealership operate on a daily basis.
Ray Charneco - Service Manager

Ray has been a valued member of our team since 2018. He has over 35 year's experience in the automotive industry having worked in all different areas from technician to GM. He is a Ford certified ASE Master Technician and speaks both English and Spanish.

Pudge joined the Presidential Family in 2009 after a 33 year career with GM/GMAC/GM University. B is also known a Pudge and is proudly from Philadelphia. Her loving character makes everyone feel like they are a part of the family.

Gabe started in the automobile industry at Presidential in 2016. He moved his family from Chicago to enjoy the sun and fun. He began as a detailer and was quickly promoted to Service Advisor. Gabe is a student of the business and works very hard to provide exceptional services.

Lovingly known as Max-a-Million. Max has joined the Presidential staff as the Director of Off-Road and Performance as his knowledge for performance and the aftermarket is extensive. Max has over a decade in professional racing and modifying vehicles from mild to wild. From sales to service, he'll get you down the road as quickly as possible.

Dorri was born in Pittsburg, PA on October 5, 1959. She is preceded in death by her loving parents James & Helen Billingsley of Mt. Pleasant, PA. Dorri is survived by her devoted brother Dan Billingsley of Indianapolis, IN, Doug Billingsley of Boca Raton, FL her beloved niece Isabella and loving and devoted partner Pete Hahn along with her faithful dog Daisy, and her friends of many years Peggy Tepper and family, Cindy, Karla and Claudia. Dorri was a member of Presidential Auto Sales & Service family for over 15 years. Her career in the automotive business started at a young age at Billingsley Chevrolet in Mt. Pleasant, PA as her father was the founder. She loved tattoos, motor cycles and fast cars. Most of all her love for the Pittsburg Steelers was evident in her daily life. She was their biggest cheerleader. Her love of football began with playing in the yard with her brothers. Dorri will be missed by all especially on Sundays when her Steelers are playing. We know that they will hear her cheering them on from heaven.
