My husband was in the market for a 2009-2012 RAM 1500 Laramie with very specific MUST-HAVES. I used my investigative skills (thanks to that Criminology degree) searched the web from South to Central Florida for a truck that had everything he was looking for. We found many, including the Ram 1500 Laramie at Presidential Auto Sales and Leasing. On one of his trip's back to South Florida from the Florida's Gulf Coast, he stopped at various dealers to check out trucks, however, none met his requirements and those that did had high mileage, were severely overpriced, were in need of body work or the bed of the truck was in horrible condition. I stumbled upon the 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie at Presidential Auto Sales and forwarded the link the my hubby. Although, a two-tone truck wasn't a requirement, he liked the look of it. We visited the dealer to see the truck in person and he fell in love. After test driving it, asking a ton of questions and discussing price....we needed to time to make a decision. However, we found that every truck we looked at thereafter, wasn't comparable the truck itself or the pricing at Presidential Auto Sales. Mark Jr. and Mark, the General Manager, were simply amazing throughout the process. Being patient and answering all of our questions. My husband is straight forward and we love a straight forward-no chaser-dealer! Closing the deal was a breeze and the extended warranty package they offer is well-worth...Thanks much, Uncle Tom! I would recommend this dealership to any one in the market for a car. Working in government, I may be one of the few public servants that still value good customer service. Customer service was great, staff is friendly, no hassle and got us rolling with less than an hour. My husband loves his truck! Thank you guys so much for all of your help.
